Here I have a vintage, JFK RFK “Brothers United” print featuring John F. Kennedy and Robert F Kennedy print by Alton Tobey. This print is marked at the bottom DNC New York, 1968. The frame is stunning. This is an estate find (I just can’t pass up a sale) from a gentleman that was downsizing after the loss of his wife and moving into assisted-living. as I walked up he was cleaning this picture up with the assistance of a great grandson. He said he had had this print for years hanging on his wall in his dining room. The frame is gold, and he was scraping it with his fingernail and showing me how it was so shiny underneath, I asked him if he was selling it and he said yes everything is for sale he gave me a price and I told him sold. I’ll take it. No need to clean it anymore.

There’s a couple of blemishes on the print as shown in the photos. The print is an 8 x 10 print in a larger frame please see the pictures for actual sizes of the frame. The frame is wood and does have a few cosmetic issues but that just adds to the charm. The frame could be cleaned somehow, but I’m not scraping it. You can see in the photos where the gold really shines under when the crud or whatever it was removed. I’m not sure what the gold over the wood is honestly. The frame has the glass in it. There’s a few chips on the glass due to age in the corners but can’t be seen when looking at print in frame.
