Holiday Delays!

Dec 11, 2023. With huge surge of mails, USPS first class is having lots of delays for days and even weeks. If you want your sample faster, please choose USPS Priority Flat Rate option.

Upon checkout/paying, in section "Note to seller",please add item title: this note is often deleted by and in such a case we will message/email you to clarify the item title.

For any of our fabrics except:

***fabric under 5 yards & special orders***

SAMPLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE

Sample size: about 3 X 3 inches.

For extra big sample, you can order 2 or 3 samples and ask us to cut 3x6" inches or 3x9".

Max order: 10 samples.

Sometimes it can be 2 inches x4 inches, sometimes it can be 3x 4 inches.

It's enough to show the weight, quality, texture and main colors of the fabric.

For fabric with multiple colors we will try to include as many colors as the sample allows,

but sometimes not all colors can be included because the repeat may be big.

Again,* PLEASE MUST PROVIDE ITEM TITLE or link* otherwise we don't know which item to cut sample from.

Feel free to let us know your need so we can better assist you, such as yards needed, color, fiber, repeat, style/design, durability (drapery or upholstery) ect.

Again:Size is about 3x3 inches, not "what I think it should be enough to represent the whole fabric".

Shipping: USPS First Class Letter (in an envelope like a letter). It has no tracking.

We use this to keep cost low for buyers. If you want express or with tracking, please let us know & we will send invoice for higher shipping rate.

Dear clients, our $2.5 charge for sample is mostly to discourage “free sample request” which we get daily.

If we offer samples for free, we will be overwhelmed with tens of free sample requests.

Some days we have as many as 10 clients paying to order samples

Anywhere 1-10 samples per order!

Imagine if we offer sample for free....

$2.5 doesn’t even cover our labor cost.

Since Dec 2021, USPS First Class (letter) is often delayed by days and weeks.
It has no tracking either. If you want samples to have tracking and arrive in 2-5 days, please choose shipping option "USPS Priority Flat Rate Envelope"($8) or "USPS First Class Package"($3-5)
