Unique Cold War era 1970s to 1980s. Soviet plaque. Appears to be a heavy alloy. Possibly bronze but can’t be sure. Features St. Basil’s Church on the front and Russian mottos it appears in back. Possibly slogans or propaganda. Picked it up during service in Afghanistan. This is a relic left behind from the Russian invasion and occupation during the 1980.
