Rare combination of sparkling Iolite with Hematite and dendritic inclusions polished into a beautiful palmstone.

Dendritic stones contain beautiful fern-like manganese inclusions. As the quartz crystals grows over very long periods of geological time, tiny fissures form along a horizontal plane within the crystal. Manganese and hematite from the neighbouring host rock enter into the crystal via these tiny fissures. This particular piece has such large Hematite inclusions that they reflect and shimmer in the light.
