Network Associates, Inc., based in Santa Clara, California, was originally listed on the New York Stock Exchange on February 12,

2002 with the ticker symbol NET.

The company was formed through the 1997 acquisition of Network General, Inc. by McAfeeAssociates with the flagship product

being an integrated network security and management solution. In 2004, the company name was changed back to McAfee, Inc. and

began trading under the new ticker symbol MFE.

The NYSE listing in 2002 was kicked off with the assistance of Jerry Rice, the American gridiron football player who at the time

played for the Oakland Raiders and came to be regarded as the greatest wide receiver in the history of the National Football

League.

This listing includes the following FOUR Commemorative Items:

(1) A NYSE Original Listing Coin and Case;

(2) A baseball cap bearing the Network Associates URL, NET Listed NYSE and autographed by Jerry Rice #80;

(3) A photograph of Jerry Rice with a Network Associates representative;

(4) An Oakland Raiders Mini Helmet Autographed by Jerry Rice.

Here are the details for each item:

(1) The Network Associates, Inc. NET Listing Original Coin with Case dated February 12, 2002, features a bear and bull in combat

in bas relief.

The case measures 4 5/8” across. The coin measures 3” in diameter. The case and coin weigh 14.1 ozs. The coin and case are in

mint condition with no defects, scratches, nicks, or repairs. The inside upper lining of the case has an indent where the coin has

nestled against it.

(2) The steel grey baseball cap bears the Network Associates URL, the words “NET Listed NYSE” and the autograph of the

Football Hall of Fame Wide Receiver Jerry Rice #80, who in 2002 played with the Oakland Raiders. The cap is unused and is in

mint condition.

(3) The framed photograph features Jerry Rice with a Network Associates representative to commemorate the NYSE listing of

the company. The photo and frame are in mint condition.

(4) The Oakland Raiders Mini Helmet made by Riddell Sports is grey and black and was autographed by Jerry Rice #80. It is new

in box and measures approximately 6” long by 4” wide. Edges of box show minor wear.
