Wonderful hand painted coffee mug or tea cup done by Alaska philanthropist Carol Waldo of Haines, Alaska. The cup features five horned puffins of Glacier Bay at the water\'s edge on one side and a profile of a horned puffin on the other side. The cup holds approximately eight ounces. The bottom is signed \"Horned Puffins of Glacier Bay by Carol Waldo Haines Alaska.\" Carol passed away at age 84 in February 2024. The cup is in wonderful condition (note the black \"dot\" seen on the rim of the back of the cup is NOT a chip; it is in the glaze of the cup).
