**All our horns are sourced ethically from the butcher houses and are by-products of meat industry. They are not from any endangered species, they are ox and cattle horn.**

This is a scratch and Dent Clearance Collection (Upto 50% off than the market price of the products) - with limited choices and it is highly unlikely to match the exact shape, size or colour of the items. Product Sent is different from advertised photos.

Every once in a while, the mugs/cups just don't meet our quality standards for aesthetics.

Each has it's own flaws, but if you're not super picky, they are a great addition to your collection! Take a look and click on the drop down menu for different pattern/style purchasing. The horns picked are at random and may not be same as the pictures displayed.

Flaws are mostly scratches, in-shell scratches, lacquer/glue or dents on the metal/brass of some sort, gap between horn and brass rims, small chip in rims/handles and generally do not affect the overall usefulness or functionality. They just don't pass our desire for great quality and so we won't sell them at full price. Sorry, no returns/refunds on these products unless functional issues.

As horns are natural organic products, some of the horns may have the natural odour. It can be masked by cleaning with vinegar and massaging with odorlessvegetable oil. The smell starts wearing off with use.
