Shipping - Continental United States Buyers

Items will be shipped within 3 business days after receiving a verified payment (Excluding Weekends and Public Holidays).
We ship anywhere within the continental United States via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.
For items being offered with FREE shipping (the continental US only), the cheapest shipping option will be chosen.
We only ship to -confirmed addresses and will not forward any items to another address.
Delivery time depends on destination and other factors.
We do not offer a discount on combined shipping.
If the buyer requests expedited shipping additional charges will be incurred to the buyer.
We pack our items with care to ensure you receive them in the same condition as stated in this listing.
If your item is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately with pictures showing the damaged item and also the packaging it was delivered showing any exterior damage that may be present.

Shipping - International Buyers

International shipping is available via the International Shipping Program.
Any additional shipping fees are covered by the buyer.
Any custom fees (duties and taxes etc.) charged by your country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Due to Undocumented Defects

In purchasing this item the buyer is aware of all flaws listed and is not entitled to a refund based on any of those flaws.
While we try to test all items and document all defects, we are only human and may sometimes miss things. If the item has flaws not listed above or is incorrectly listed, it may be returned for a refund provided the issues are reported to us within 3 business days and the item is returned within 7 business days of receipt.
PROOF of the defect MUST be provided BEFORE the return is initiated.
If a return is being requested due to any undocumented defects, we will pay for the return shipping fee.
The return must be packaged as it was sent with all items received included.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will verify the defects expressed and make the final refund decision within 7 days of receiving the item back.
Please note we record serial numbers of all applicable items to ensure we receive back the same item as was sent.

30-Day Returns

We do accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date.
No returns will be accepted after the 30-day period.
Any discretionary returns (items ordered by mistake, incorrect, no longer needed, change of heart, etc.) or returns that arrive back not in the condition sent will incur:

a 20% restocking fee
and the original shipping expense (even if the item was advertised as FREE shipping, we still do pay to have the item shipped out to you and the cost needs to be recovered.)

Returned merchandise MUST include all packaging, along with included contents and accessories, bonus items, documents, or paperwork.
The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss and ALL shipping/handling costs incurred in shipping products back.
We are not liable for lost or untraceable packages. When returning any items to us, please use a USPS postal delivery with confirmation or UPS/FEDEX with a tracking number.
