I ship Monday-Friday any order received by 8AM EST that day. The only exception is if the USPS is not open on one of those days.
Orders placed after 8AM on Friday, on Saturday, and Sunday will ship out Monday morning unless the USPS is closed, at which time it will go out on Tuesday morning.
I will only ship to the address listed on the order, so please double check your address is correct on your account before ordering. Because I ship so fast there is a good chance that the item will already be on its way before you notice the issue.

I 100% stand behind everything I sell for an honest problem free transaction. I know that nothing can always go perfect so below is my return policy.
• I offer free returns for 30 days on any item I sell. There are a few things to know about this policy, however.
• Because of the nature of items sold in my store exchanges are not available.
• Items must be returned in same condition to be eligible for full refund. Buyer is responsible for any loss in value from use or display of item before return. New items must be unopened. I video and photo all items being packaged to help avoid the very few people who like to try to defraud the system.
• I have pictures and notes of all serial numbers and they must match for any electronic or appliance returns. Security labels must also be untouched (seals placed on items to show that someone opened it up)
• If the shipping service was rougher than normal on a package and something breaks, PLEASE, let me know immediately. While I cannot replace the broken item, I want to make sure your taken care of first, then, I will deal with the shipping service myself. I do ask that you send me a photo of the packaging and the broken item when contacting me.
