SAYA(scabbard):The saya (sheath) of the sword is made of hardwood .tiedwith Sageoon the Kurigaga (knob) of the scabbard.BO-Hi:UsuallyBo-hi added to the blade is to lighten it and provide audible response when swung.it is called Blood-Groove sometimes. This sword has bo-hi.
