Vintage VICHY-ETAT L\'eau qui fait du bien Ashtray 5.5\" Diameter Blue & White Ceramic Advertising. There are two chips best visible in the last four pics. No cracks. Very presentable from the topside. A very rare example of advertising for French Bottled Water. I also have another Vichy-Etat ashtray listed, twin to this one, with a different phrase \"C\'est l\'instant \'Celestins\'.\"
