SUPERFRIENDS VINTAGE PRODUCTION ANIMATION CEL FROM THE MAIN TITLES OPENING SEQUENCE OF THE 1973 SUPERFRIENDS ORIGINAL SERIES, ON ITS ORIGINAL BACKGROUND AND BEAUTIFULLY FRAMED!

This is the Holy Grail of Vintage Superfriends and Superhero Animation Cels! I searched my entire life to find a Superfriends piece this good, and after 3 decades I finally came across a couple, and you will NEVER see one again!

This is an Original Production cel from the Main Titles Opening Sequence of the iconic first season of the Superfriends! SUPER RARE and features the cel of the iconic spinning rainbow of colors that was used in the series intro. This is a COMPLETE SETUP from the MAIN TITLES, and at this moment in time of the opening titles, the logo has disappearedfrom the screen! WOW!!

Production cels from the Opening Titles of a series are always the most sought after of ANY animation art, and artwork from this cartoon in its first year (1973) is especially rare!

These cels were actually used in the production of the Main Titles that played before EVERY episode of the Super Friends, which played on Saturday Mornings. AHHHH, Cartoon memories!

Filmation effectively propelled Superheros into animation with the ever popular Superman, but then series built around Batman, Superman and Aquaman, who also featured The Flash, The Atom, Green Lantern, The Teen Titans, Hawkman, Mighty Mouse, Shazam and Isis across various series.
