In honor of the 50th anniversary of that victory, the 2016 Concours featured all of the GT40s that won a major international race—and many of the distinguished drivers who drove these racing icons. Before turning his attention to motorsports art, Ken Eberts was a designer at Ford Motor Company, whose dream was to help design the GT40. But the dream was unfulfilled when Eberts left Ford to pursue a career in fine art. So, it is fitting that all these years later, Eberts—the founder of the Automotive Fine Arts Society (AFAS) was commissioned to paint the artwork for this year’s Concours poster.Poster measures 24"x34" (64cm x 87cm).
