This is a set of three vintage lithograph pictures in wooden frames sold by The Reliance Company Chicago, Illinois. I removed the pictures from the frames and cleaned the frames. One of the pictures is signed GP 1147 Litho in USA in the lower right hand corner, one is signed Louis F. Dow Co. in the bottom center & one doesn’t say anything. Two of the pictures are warm tones & one is cool. The frames are beveled, wooden & have nice details cut into them and painted gold. The backs of each are stamped A-57 which I believe means made in 1957. There is no damage to the frame or the prints. One has a rough edge in the wood which is from the time of production. The glass is clear on each and not chipped or cracked. The pictures themselves are very pretty and the colors are bright but the backs of the pictures are quite ‘yellowed’ as one would expect as they are close to 70 years old. They do not have hangers on them so they could be hung or free standing on a shelf. Thank you for looking !!
