This one is slightly different from the 1983. Tree in back is taller. Tree in front is smaller. 3 windows in the front second floor not two. Door is open and not closed.
About 10 inches high, 10 inches long and 7 inches wide.Used.
Please zoom in on the pictures. It's from 1982. So 40 years old.
I don't see anything broken.
I will pack this carefully to ensure it arrives safely. Strong box and packing peanuts/bubble wrap.
Second box is large so it may be costly to ship depending on where you live compared to me. Then depends on the carrier.
Will double box the item.
Will put in a newer D56 light.
