While the present-day distribution of this species is limited to a small area of California, USA; it used to be more spread and covered larger territories. The giant sequoia is listed as an endangered species by the IUCN, with fewer than 80,000 trees remaining. The Monteverde USA® Giant Sequoia is a substantial in size writing instrument that is inspired by the eternal beauty of these magnificent trees. The design combines high-quality resin in green-striped shades with a beautiful solid walnut ring with silver accents that adorns the cap. The barrel is tastefully engraved with the Monteverde USA® and Trees of the World logos, complementing the overall look. The Giant Sequoia is available in fountain pen and ballpoint modes. The fountain pen is equipped with a stainless steel JoWo #6 nib engraved with the Monteverde USA® logo and fills via a standard cartridge or converter (included). The nib is available in Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad, 1.1mm Stub, and Omniflex point sizes. The twist-action ballpoint pen accepts standard Monteverde USA® refills P1 and P4 (Parker® style). Each Monteverde USA® pen features a lifetime warranty and is sold in a luxurious gift box. We strive for your ultimate satisfaction. If you're not pleased with your order, we ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible by phone or e-mail. If the item was damaged, incorrect or defective upon receiving the shipment, we will do our best to correct the issue at our expense.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in the exact same, brand-new condition it was received, including the original packaging, plus any accessories, parts, and paperwork that came with the item. We cannot accept opened and used bottles of ink, ink cartridges, used notebooks, engraved pens or pen cleaning supplies. When you receive any new fountain pen, we recommend to inspect it thoroughly and if necessary, lightly dip the nib tip in washable ink to test it. Any pens that have been fully inked and used will incur a 15% restocking fee for preferential returns. Approval of all returns is subject to the discretion of Goldspot Pens, who reserves the right to decline refund requests if the product has been improperly used, damaged, modified or is otherwise unable to be resold.
