original circular from maxs back in the 70s. I was a frequent patron of this place and saw all the house bands back then. Johnny thunders was my favorite. Selling all my collectable stuff.The size of the item is 11" by 4". The item has slight tear top left where it was torn from a bulletin board very small if you zoom in my photo, other than that it's excellent
