If graded, I\'d say this book is a 4.5/5.0 or slightly better. Front cover has some spine ticks, stress marks (creasing/wear along spine), blunted corners (+ small tears/wear /tears in corners - breaking color), areas of creasing and folding, wear along edges, including chipping, tears and paper damage (peeling up off cover) on top edge (see pictures) + some scuffing, slight discoloration and small areas of denting. Back cover has some discoloration, scuffing, light staining, spine ticks, some denting, small soiling spot on bottom part of cover, wear along edges, and areas of creasing and folding. Inside pages are complete/attached with some pages having discoloration/tanning, some scuffing, small soiling spot/stain here and there, perforation tears, small chips/corner folds + general wear for age/grade. Presents pretty well overall!
