The Titanium support structure is 14 inches by 5 inches and has the purplish hue that is found on Titanium after being super heated. The J-58 engine relic is possibly the interesting engine artifact I found. These items were recovered from the desert crash site of Blackbird, No. 61-7970. The tortured condition bears mute testimony to the destructive forces unleashed when No. 970 smashed into the West Texas desert on June 17, 1970. A Letter of Provenance detailing the hunt for 970\'s crash site and the 2013 recovery of artifacts will be provided to the winning buyer.
