Here is a Top Choice Huge Rare Barite Double Terminated Crystal Specimen from the Linwood Mine in Buffalo , Iowa USA. The Linwood Mine is one of the largest under ground limestone mine's in the USA. Most of the crystal pockets in this mine get destroyed due to blasting and get destroyed to keep the miners from taking specimens out. Every now and then , a spectacular pocket will be found and is saved as was this Barite Pocket.

This Barite Crystal is 4 7/8 inches long and 2 3/8 inches wide.

It is in Great Condition with a few very tiny blemishes that don't hurt the looks in any way.
