Thisis a truly uniqe limited REPRINTED poster which traces the beginnings of the hassidic movement from the Baal Shem Tov and his disciples and theirdisciples. It\'s not your run of the mill family tree but more like a \"spiritual\" family tree of the Hassidic movement and its Grand Rabbi\'s.There are about NO LESS THAN 300 Rabbinic hassidic masters mentioned in this poster. The bottom of the poster lists the Rabbi\'s according to their place of residence in alphabetical order. So here youwill find towns such as the following (and their respective Hasidic Rabbi\'s):

Izbitz,Uhel, Belz,Boyan, Botshan, Bialystock, Gur, Grenitz, Ziditchov, Warsaw, lubitsh, Lelov, Levov, Ladi, Lubavich, Mezritch, makeveh, Modzits, Nadvorna, Nemerov and the list goes on to name all of the Hassidic towns in pre-ww2 Europe! MOST OF THESE TOWNS WERE WIPED OFF THE MAP BY THE NAZI\'S and all that remainsis this poster of their memory!

Bythe way, the author, a Rabbi Yisroel Chayyim Goldstein of Mezritch writes in the bottom of the poster that the owner who owns this poster (by buying it) uses this poster as a \'segula\", ie good luck charm since by reading the names of these Rabbi\'s you invoke their help in your life! WOW! Imagine, the Ba\'al Shem Tov and his greatest disciples helping you in Heaven!

Theoriginal poster was printed in Warsaw in 1927 by Concordia Press. This poster was re-printed for a special family occasion of a Hassidic family about 30 to 40 years ago whose ancestors are mentioned in the poster so they decided to gIve it to their guests. I therefore assume that relatively speaking there were several hundered copies printed and not more.

In any case, the poster measures 26X22 inches and printed on poster paper.RARE!
