The Bert Convy Celebrity Tennis Tournament October 16 and 17th 1982 at the Registry Resort in Scottsdale Arizona. Celebrity fundraiser for the Arizona spina bifida Association. Chad Everett signed the front cover, his photograph is inside and Bernie Kopell signed next to his photograph inside. Inside pages show the celebrities that were at the tournament. I saw most of them but I only got the two autographs on this program. Also included is the admission ticket. All is in very good condition for its age of 40 years…the Chad Everett autograph is a little bit smeared on the front cover. 10 pages, measures 8 1/2“ x 11“.
