All items (blouse, trousers, braces and book) are in excellent condition. With the exception of 2 missing buttons, the blouse and trousers are in perfect condition (no stains, wear, moth holes, tears, smells or damage of any kind) - neither appears to have been issued. The braces may or may not be from the Korean War period, but they do fit the trousers as shown in the photo. The included reference book is \"British Battledress 1937-61\", which includes information about the 1949 Pattern Battledress.
Missing buttons and replacement buttons:
The blouse is missing 1 button at the center closure. The trousers are missing 1 button at the right rear pocket. 2 replacement buttons are included - these are similar, although not identical, to the other buttons on both garments (see photo showing the replacement buttons along side the buttons on the garments).
