Wooden, handmade, inlaid Mason symbol. The spine comes off to allow faux book face to slide open to reveal a document compartment. Early 1900’s.

FLAW: the rear cover has a missing piece that would make up ‘cover flap’ (see last pic) After answering a question for someone, I looked the wooden book over and checked the description. Flaw doesn’t take away from book function, and away from view

-Masonic Record Book; never written in, not falling apart. Leather bound; contains the pages of MASONS, MASTERS, KNIGHTS TEMPLAR, ROYAL ARCH MASONS, SCOTTISH RITES MASONS (also Royal Princes of Jerusalem, Chapter of Rose Croix, Supreme Council), GRAND ORIENT, ANCIENT ARABIC ORDER. Beautiful condition.
