For sale in this sale are three old and extremely rare Black Flag advertising items. They could of been a counter display or window display. They are three noise makers in the shape of a pistol. One a black powder pirate type dated 1938 and the other two are western style pistols. They are probably all in workable condition and the idea behind was to lower them quickly and they would catch air in the paper bellow of sorts and make a loud noise. The two western style are in really great condition with only some light color fading. The black powder is really colorful and super neat. There are two creases in the handle grip area of this pistol. Other then that it is in great condition!!!!! I assume these were given to the shopper for their children to play with. I also assume very few survived because of their very nature being made of light cardboard.
I have NEVER seen another black powder example and only one other western style. All three would make a super addition to any insect poison collection.
