The Xikar Xi3 double guillotine cutter is no joke. Just pick it up and you notice it is heavier, sturdierand more durable because it is built with a stronger frame and thicker blades than other Xikar Xi cutters. T

This particular cutter was made before Quality Importers purchased Xikar. In the series it is serial #11 and comes with a certificate of authenticity signed by then President of Xikar Kurt Van Keppel and Vice-President Scott Almsberger. The cutter comes in a nice black box and includes a carrying case with velcro closure.

The certificate of authenticity indicates:
