Marked \"Ideal School Supply Company, Chicago Ill. Ingento No. 3\" along the top \"ruler\" portion, this is a vintage Wood and Cast Iron PAPER CUTTER.
These were actually used in schools. :)
It has the markings for paper to measure 10\" or less.
There is a label on the bottom, but it is fairly illegible.
The blade is still sharp enough to cut a piece of paper!
CONDITION: This paper cutter is in used, preowned and vintage condition. The wood does show scratches and scuffs from use. Please see all 12 pictures. The cutting blade is still sharp enough to cut paper.Egnerama
