Here is the Wren figurine from the Tom Smith Party Cracker Birdlife series along with a matching Gold Tone version from a collector event.

In the 70's, the Wadeorganization began producing figurines for groups of series that wereincluded in boxes of Tom Smith “Christmas Crackers”. Originally,in general, each series or set was available for two years.

The 1992-1993 set wasknown as Birdlife and consisted of eight figurines, seven of whichwere previously released in various series and a Wren figurine whichwas new. The series consisted of Cockerel, Partridge, Goose,Pelican, Eagle, Barn Owl, Duck and Wren.
