This is a vintage nurse's cape from the 1940s, featuring the emblem of Louisiana's Our Lady of the Lake Hospital. The cape is made of high-quality fabric and is in excellent shape, with no signs of wear and tear. It even has gold Louisiana buttons with the state Pelican on them. There are initials embroidered on the inside back as well as a religious metal pinned next to it.
