Simmonds hewing axe(9-3/8" blade) made in Cohoes,NY.~AVG/GD🤠~this axe came out of the gold country area of Sacramento,CA. A friend found it in a barn out there. it was pretty rough.cleaned it up and put this handle on it 25 years ago
