This is a Vintage Lucky Ranger Wind Up Motion Clock. It is missing the Cowboy piece that acts as a pendulum. I don't think it works. The hands move when I turn them. But the wind-up doesn't work when it is turned. It stands 12 inches tall. It still has the instructions on the back. I am not a professional clock grader. Please look at the pictures to make your own judgment on condition and ask any questions you may have.
