This is a vintage Halloween-themed noise maker made by Metal Toy MFG in the US in 1960. The noise maker features a rattle design with a witch, cauldron, black cat, and bat. The noise maker is made of metal tin. It is a collectible item and is perfect for Halloween occasions.

Overall condition acceptable with a lot of wear and tear. Scratches and debris on wrap. Some small dents in tin. Some scratches and white marks on graphics. Some small rust where paint has chipped.

Rattle works but plastic handle has a large crack. Please see last picture for crack handle. It is still attached but is loose. Please see pictures for more details.

Still nice display piece.

Approximate size is about 2.25 inch diameter and 3.25 inch long tin. Handle is about 2.5 inches long.
