Thisattractive Swedish mid-century anatomical pull-down chartdepicts the anatomy of the freshwater hydra including a cross-section and other details along with labels in four languages.The chart is printed on linen-backed paper that is reinforced at the top and bottom by hardwood dowels allowing easy rollup. This classic educational chart was copyrighted by Interdidact of Sweden and produced for the Denoyer-Geppert Company of Chicago for their Anatomy series. Printed in color.

This is a nice addition to any collection of science memorabilia and vintage wall charts.This educational poster is in good condition with bright colors but these are some small signs of wear including small creases in the paper and wear and tiny tears along the edges as could be expected for a item of this age. The bottom of the chart shows increased yellowing due to improper storage at some point and is priced accordingly. The chart has original hanging ribbons. The wooden dowels that frame the chart are approximately 43 inches long and the chart itself measures approximately 39 inches by 25 inches.
