These are vintage or antique prayer beads made from Agate stone. It has an attached totem that is 1 3/4 inches long. There are symbols on the totem, maybe some chinese writing but hard to read. This means the totem was held frequently.

I believe it is Islamic but could be for another religion, Maybe Buddhist. The beads are 11mm and there are 51 of them not including the totem. It weights 155 grams.

It is 13 1/2 inches long and could be worn as a necklace if your head is small enough. My head is 33 inches around and it would not fit.
