Bundle of Two Vintage Central Midwife Board Record Forms and One Home First Aid Pamphlet

Two Vintage Pamphlets used by Central Midwives Board to record and send notice for the death of infants, and for the sending of medical help. The latter book still retains original carbon copies which would have been used by Midwives to quickly send out multiple forms. An interesting peek into British medical history and an oddity in itself. Each page is the same.

Emergency Home Care book provides advice on general first aid and responses to common medical problems encountered at home.
