Condition on this issue is fine/very fine- it was found buried in the depths of storage and shows some wear. On a pro grading scale, I would rate it as fine/very fine. (I have 20+ years experience working in comics retail and grading comics.). The magazine has some faint creases on both the front and back covers, and a few dings along the spine. Despite this, it\'s still a neat time capsule for reading purposes (or for craft projects!). The Sharpie marker is only for scale; the Sharpie is NOT INCLUDED in the sale.
