This is an awesome vintage, new lamp!

This is an Art Deco Gooseneck Rodale Utility Industrial Retro Desk Lamp Light. It is a Gold Tone with Cast Iron Base. Model No R-987 for the desk lamp (or Model No R-988 for the clamp-on version (see my other listing)). And it is NEW! In the original box!

This a beautiful antique gooseneck lamp circa 1950s - 1960s made by Rodale with Leviton parts. It features heavy industrial cast iron base (or clamp), push switch and metal shade, and all original NEW parts. Cast Iron base has pencil/pen rest and two dishes for paperclips or tacks / push pins.

Gold tone enamel finish. Great functional art piece.

An authentic piece of Machine Age lighting -- Very Art Deco / RETRO / Industrial Chic!

Is this lamp a replica? NO! This is the original! It is NEW!

Approximate measurements: 7" x 5" base, 18.5" tall when upright. The shade diameter is 6.75" across.

What is the max wattage it can take? The max wattage is limited to 660 Watts 250 Volts by the socket, but in real life, I don't think you will find a bulb greater than 150 Watts that will actually fit inside. If you need a bulb, let me know, and I will hook you up with a special Buy-It-Now just for you with the bulb!
