Speaking of someone handy, this was a lamp, where the light would shine through the holes in the deck--lamp parts have been removed, and this would have to be rewired.Shouldn\'t be extremely difficult. Nice sized, measures 13\" tall by 14.5\" wide, weighs 3.5 pounds. Sold \"as found, as is\"
