Rare superconductor horizontal cut pattern. The copper portions are beginning to patina and develop some darker areas and splotches. See all photos as they are part of the item description.

Item has ultra high molecular weight tape applied to one side of the inner plates to protect the finish and reduce the chance for scratches on the plates. It is not recommended to use without tape on one side at a minimum. Metal on metal contact will cause scratches and the tape helps to reduce that. Note the last 3 photos show the plates condition before the tape was applied. There are light surficial scratches on the plates but should be no issue with the tape. An extra piece of tape will come with it to replace the existing tape if it wears out some day.

UHMW Tape has high chemical and abrasion resistance and an extremely low coefficient of friction. It can be removed by the buyer if desired but not recommended as any wear from item use is the buyer responsibility. The tape will slide easier after a short break-in period.

Item is in good used condition and checked for function. The inner plates are heat blackened zirconium. Zirconium is normally a silver color until heated. The blackened zirconium is an oxide layer on the surface. The zirconium below the surface still retains a silver color if it were to be scratched below the surface of the black oxide layer. This info is for informational purpose.

Item has a polished finish. Item has light signs of use such as small scratches from the manufacturer polish or matching that may not be picked up in photos due to light angles. Scratches on the inner sides from use is normal and to be expected and the plates may scratch if the is tape is removed. Debris must be kept from the inner plates and cleaning is the buyer responsibility.

Due to the normal operation of the slider and metal on metal contact there will be more scratches on the inner sides and over time if the tape is removed, this is normal due to the function of the slider. Please accept this and any manufacturer imperfections. Returns are not accepted.

Periodic care and maintenance of the slider is expected and the responsibility of the buyer. The inner sides may need cleaned, polished, or used/worn in more if it starts sticking or acting sluggish. The sliding can take some time to return to a smooth feel after sitting a long time without use due to the tape. Please note this and that returns are not accepted for used items.

Has six magnets on each half in two vertical rows and is a great fidget slider because of this and allows for some cool tricks. It allows up/down and side to side motions including “laddering” tricks with a small learning curve. This magnet orientation allows much more fun than single row magnets. The slider pulls into place using magnets and your applied force to push it. Is considered a “2-click” slider.

The two halves slide and pull into place by use of strong small magnets. You then slide it back and forth to fidget. Hours of enjoyment and relaxation to be had for sure. Note the sounds of sliding this haptic device may be annoying to those around you, the tape does make it a bit quieter. No returns as you have been warned :)

This is an awesome and rare slider.

Different displays may show colors differently. The polished finish makes taking photos difficult due to the reflection. All details may not be easily visible. See all photos. The superconductor pattern is not perfectly symmetrical in rod size or orientation as some superconductor material is. This is normal please see all photos. Ask for more photos prior to purchase. No returns.
