A Rare Large Rolls Royce mascot Spirit of ecstasy in Gold finish Lady by Charles Sykes
A large over sized mascot to adorn a desk, library or anywhere in your home.
This is an electro plated Gold colour finish !!!!!! cast metal figure with solid marble base after the Rolls Royce mascot by Charles Sykes .
Often referred to as the Spirit of Ecstasy
This figure is approx 36 cm tall x 25 cm across the base is about 14 cm Marble base
Approx 3-4 KG
Marble is a natural stone and will have unique and individual markings and colouring occasionally a striation would be mistaken for a crack but this is simply in the stone itself. Please be aware these are not faults and are to be expected.

You are welcome to collect your purchases from our showroom. However, please do call us first as we want to ensure that you can receive our full attention.You will need your receipt and a form of ID.

Our last dispatches during the week are on Fridays if received before 10.00 am.

Orders received after that will be dispatched on Mondays.

Please note that there are no dispatches or deliveries during the weekend or on bank holidays.

If you need your order dispatched urgently, please contact us between 10 - 4 pm to discuss options.

Courier Service

You will receive a text or an email from the courier company informing you when your parcel will arrive.

With this service you can authorise the courier to leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place ? at your own risk.

If no-one is in to receive your parcel a re delivery will be attempted. It is your responsibility to be in to receive your goods.

When attempts have been made to deliver your parcel and you are not in, a re delivery charge will be incurred.

Haulage Company

Larger heavy items will be delivered by a haulage company on a pallet service, which will be delivered to the road side by tail lift.

Sub-contractor drivers are used and are not obliged to carry anything off the pallet or carry items onto your property.

The haulage company will contact you directly to agree a delivery date with you.

It is your responsibility to be in to receive, check and sign for your goods. Goods MUST be checked in front of the driver immediately and signed for in good condition. This is your opportunity to ensure you are happy with your order.

If there is an issue please PLEASE SIGN DAMAGED as signing will invalidate insurance . Call us before returning any goods with the driver .Note the signature will void a later claim for Damage in Transit so it is vital you check your goods right way before signing.

Very Important

You MUST be in to receive your goods on the date agreed with the haulage company. If you are not in, you will incur a re delivery fee for the haulage company to re deliver your goods on a specified and agreed day.

International Buyers

If applicable, international buyers are responsible for the tax and duty in connection with any purchases, please check with the relevant authority in your country.

Highlands, Isles, N. Ireland and remote locations around the UK, may incur a surcharge.

Due to the complexities of transport company?s own delivery rates, this payment will be requested after your purchase as we will not know the surcharge cost prior to your purchase. If in doubt please call us.

Metal items will rust or show signs of rust unless treated and maintained . Bronze items will require periodic cleaning and waxing to keep in good order particularly if placed outside .

Returns

Please ensure that the item is wrapped in its original packaging, is well sealed including the original paperwork or order number.

Returns must be sent via a courier with valid insurance in case of damage.
