Back in 1991,mostly on Long Island,NY, theregular green back cards were giveawaysto promote the Biosphere Base Set Product which was never produced. Once in a "Blue Moon" someone would obtain a Blue Back Card. I am very aware that these Blue Backs are so rare that even the most seasoned Non-Sport Promo collector/dealer may not know they exist!
