The Microwave (MW) suit is designed to protect the human body from the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation. Wearing such a suit is envisaged in emergency situations, during tests of radio-emitting devices, or when performing repair work in a radiation zone where stopping the emitting equipment is not feasible.
Its usage is recommended for short durations as the products are not flawless. The set includes a hood-balaclava and a jumpsuit. The long hood completely covers the head, neck, and chest. Transparent goggles are sewn into it, and there is an oval opening around the nose and mouth for a gas mask.
The jumpsuit has a zipper, and at the bottom, it is connected to galoshes. The knees and feet are reinforced. The suit's color is green.
