Expanding on the popularityof my replacement LED boards for Model H or Model S Skee Ball, I am now manufacturing replacement LED boards for Extreme Skee Ball. This new product - the Replacement Extreme Skee Display - is an exact fit for the original printed circuit boards (PCBs) built on the obsolete MTN4123-AHR-A 7-segment module. My completely redesigned boards are drop-in replacements for these classic games.
Video is centered on an Extreme lane upgraded with the Retro-style Replacement Extreme Display. For comparison the machine to the left is operating with an original Extremedisplay.

One Retro-style Replacement Extreme Skee Display: This is the picturedmulti-layered display board. It uses a micro-controller that is running software I wrote to convert the computer's data stream into score digits. The output scoreand ball count are presented to the player through a translucent light baffle layer that diffuses multiple LEDs to resemble the original display's appearance. I thoughtfully designed this board to fit directly on the original display mounts and to use the original display wiring connector. ...super easy!

The Retro-style display mimics the continuous-segment look from the original displays. Be sure to check out my less expensive Modern-style display if you prefer a look resembling the electronic pricing signs at gas stations. to install Skee Score Displays in your Skee Ball Machine

1.Turn your Skee Ball machine off.

2.Remove the display glass to access the installation area.

3.Remove the original Score board from machine.

5.Mount the Replacement Extreme Skee Display using the same hardware that held the original board in place.

6.Connect the data cable to the bottom right corner of the Replacement Extreme Skee Display.

a.The Replacement Extreme Skee Display board displays a test sequence that builds a snake line across the three display digits and a spinning animation on the ball count digit

b.The computer takes over control of the displays once booted.
