This historical building was built in 1929 at 808 W. Spokane falls. This historical art deco building was built by the Montgomery Brothers. This brass plaque was located between the double entry doors .In the 70s town, took it over for a City Hall. Before this happened certain artifacts were removed. It has been framed . Plaque 8’5/8 x11’1/8///frame is 17 x13x1. Raised filigree.
