The teapot is a hand-painted cast resin based on a porcelain teapot in the Museum's collection of the French Sevres manufacturer from the first half of the 19th century referencing Chinese decorative art.The plastic box has some damage such as one of the plastic bottom 'holder' is broken off, there is paint rub-off on the green back 'wall' inside, scuffs/scratches throughout the box, minor tear on one plastic wall from opening the box, flaps are bent, bottom green cardboard is a little loose. The teapot has minute manufacturing flaws.
Preloved condition with light signs of wear. Please see photos for conditions.
