For a lot of folks, it just doesn't seem all that long ago that young Miles made his now-historic First Appearance in the pages of Ultimate Comics: Ultimate Fallout #4 (August 2011), and today, some thirteen years later, our boy from another Universe has clearly all grown up.
Since that highly collectable issue in late August of '11, Miles has become something of a celebrity, notably starring in several of his own solo series over the past decade. Historians note that Miles' career, as it currently is, can be divided into two distinct eras: the before-Secret Wars era (BS) from 2011-2015, in which Miles headlined two solo series, and the after-Secret Wars era (AS) from 2016 - present, in which Miles currently stars in his third solo series and fifth solo series overall.
This SPIDER-COLLECTORS "MUST-HAVE" SET has limited its focus on the AS-era of Miles Morales, and includes the FIRST ISSUE from each of Miles' (3) SOLO SERIES to-date: Spider-Man (2016), Miles Morales: Spider-Man (Vol 1) and Miles Morales: Spider-Man (Vol 2).
