The Honorary Badge of the Chief of the General Staff "For Merit to the Armed Forces of Ukraine"
The size of the badge is 35 mm.
With the help of an eyelet with a ring, the badge is connected to a rectangular block covered with a ribbon. The size of the pad is 45 mm high and 28 mm wide. On the reverse side of the block there is a clasp for attaching the badge to clothing.
The Honorary Badge of the Chief of the General Staff "For Merit to the Armed Forces of Ukraine" is a Ukrainian departmental award given to military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Regulations on the award
1. The Honorary Badge of the Chief of the General Staff - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is awarded to servicemen, employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, citizens of Ukraine for a significant personal contribution to the development and construction of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, strengthening cooperation in the military, scientific, social, cultural and other spheres of life of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
2. The badge is awarded on the occasion of state and professional holidays, anniversaries of military units (institutions), personal anniversaries, in case of discharge from military service and in other cases:
servicemen - in case of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine for at least 15 calendar years;employees of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - if they have at least 10 calendar years of service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine;other persons - by decision of the Chief of the General Staff - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.In the event of an outstanding act, a serviceman or employee of the Armed Forces of Ukraine may be nominated for the award of a badge without regard to length of service.
3. The submission for awarding a badge is carried out in accordance with the procedure determined by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine.
4. The badge is worn on the left side of the chest and, if there is an honorary badge of the Chief of the General Staff - Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine "For Valiant Military Service to the Motherland", is placed after it.GLORY TO UKRAINE - TO HEROES GLORY!!!!!!!!
