This is an Antique Brass Footed Ferner Planter/Jardiniere from Russia or maybe France (I have seen them identified as both.
The Ferner is large round brass planter or jardiniere.
It measures 13" diameter x 9.5" High. It on its flat bottom. I do not see a country of origin anywhere, but I would guess it is from Russia or France.
The planter has been used and has plenty of verdigris and other stains inside, but is very solid and serviceable. There are minor dents but they get lost in the overall, design. There is a split on its side. Original, as found patina. Please see all photos
