This is a set of stainless steel flatware made in China by Hampton Silversmiths. I do not know the pattern name. It features a textured handlewith a hammered look. Included in the set are:

16 Salad Forks7 3/8" (the size of ave. dinner forks)
5 Dinner Knives 9 3/8"
4Soup Spoons 7 1/2"
1Teaspoon 6 1/2"
