This first time collection of numbered, solid bronze portrait bells has been cast by Gorman: \"The Women Who Changed the Course of History\". The Hamilton Collection, 6 portrait bell set Limited Edition (5000 total) Issued 1978. This rare and unique set of bells are sculpted to portray proper likeness and accurate modes of dress, each bell is individually cast in solid bronze using the lost wax method (for a true bell sound) and plated with Sterling Silver. Each bell is stamped with number 0483 and has has a wooden stand with an inscribed plaque. These 5\" tall bells represent Queen Elizabeth I, Queen Isabella I, Catherine The Great, Marie De Medicis, Marie Antoinette and Mary, Queen of Scots. This vintage set of bells depicting Famous Women that changed the course of history is complete and in like new but tarnished condition. The bells have varying degrees of patina that can be polished if desired. This limited edition set is #0483 and comes with certificates of Authentication for each piece. This set also comes with a booklet detailing each woman and her achievements along with the introductory pamphlet.
